Products and pricing
Prices shown are indicative and are quoted per unit for bulk corporate orders. Final pricing depends on order quantity, customisation, branding method and delivery location, and is confirmed in a written quotation. Product colours and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown.
Orders and quotations
An order is confirmed only once we issue a quotation or proforma invoice and you accept it in writing. Minimum order quantities apply to most items. Customised and branded goods enter production once artwork approval is received and cannot be cancelled thereafter.
Delivery
We delivery everywhere in Bangladesh. Lead times are quoted per order and begin from artwork approval and receipt of any agreed advance. While we work to the committed timeline, delays caused by transport, statutory holidays or force majeure are outside our control.
Returns and replacements
Please inspect goods on receipt. Manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within seven days of delivery will be replaced or credited. Customised goods produced to an approved artwork are not returnable for reasons of preference.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dhaka.
